When, we want to be on diet we just go on to not eating carbs. But do you know just ignoring carbs is not the only thing. You need to take care of the #calories you intake and the quantity of the #food. You can decrease the number of calories mostly by having homemade food.
Here are a few things with few changes in your intake the things could completely change.
1. Popcorn.
As you can see in the image the quantity is different but the calories are same. Let me explain to you about this. The only thing you have to do is eat #homemade popcorn. The left one is bought from a shop and the right on is homemade popcorn.
Do you realise the shop food consists of less quantity of food and more calories? You can make this popcorn which are of fewer calories just with salt, cinnamon and etc. according to your taste.
2. 473cals — 811 calories.
The quantity of kind of food you take is also #important. Broccoli has fewer calories so the quantity of broccoli can be more. When it comes to rice, it has the number of calories more so you need to take less quantity of rice.
3. Pizza.
When, the word pizza comes calories come with it for sure. But can you decrease the number of calories in it too? Yes, just with the change in the make of the crust you can see the #change of intake in calories.You can see both the pizzas have the same quantity and the satisfaction too. But the calories differ. The left side pizza is made up of regular crust which is of 310 calories but the right side pizza is of cauliflower crust which is of 250 calories.
4. Portion Control.
It might be fruit or any healthy food. If, you don't put control on the quantity you take might result in the high intake of calories too.
The left toast has 40g of avocado which results in 154 calories but if you increase the quantity of the avocado to 120g. The number of calories also increase to 302 calories. Change in the quantity of avocado on the toast will decide the number of calories in your intake.
5. Oats.
Oats are usually taken when you want to take fewer calories. But what if the mix of other things like fruits in the oats increases the number of calories. So it's important to check the kind and amount of fruit.
The left side bowl has 60g of oats, 315g of unsweetened almond milk, 1 apple, 100g of frozen strawberries, stevia (0 calories) and total will be off just 370 calories.
