Ingredients
4 raw mangoes
4 green chillies
2 tablespoon butter
1bunch of coriander leaves
1 big onion
1 Capsicum
Salt to taste
Method
Cut mangoes in small cubes.
Cut green chillies, coriander leaves, onion and Capsicum
Fry these for 1 minute with butter
Grind in a mixie
Fry in a high power level for 3-4 minutes
Note
The Indian spicy mango sauce can be used in coconut vegetable instead of curd or can be served with North Indian food as chutney. This easily is preserved for 2-3 months under normal temperature.
